I was referred to Charlotte by our school when my son was not able to go to school and had gone into burnout. Charlotte has been a source of in-depth and accurate knowledge about the EHC process as well as providing wisdom, empathy and support from a place of personal experience herself. She has great skill in using her own experiences to help guide another parent through this challenging time and to help them stay objective and increase their knowledge and confidence with the journey they are on. I have found that she has often been the only source of genuine objective, well informed and compassionate support available. She has vast knowledge of the challenges neurodiverse families face when their children struggle with school and has been a vital resource for me.
Charlotte helped me to guide me when I couldn't make a decision on what to do next, or which way to turn. Just to have someone's support and know how makes the world of difference. Thank you.
Charlotte at The SEN Coach know the EHCP process inside out and backwards. She volunteers for a local SEN charity and also takes on independent consultations. I brought her on to help me with an EHCP phase transfer and navigate the Tribunal process and it was a massive factor into securing a specialist setting for this September. I can't recommend her enough!
A huge thank you to Charlotte at The SEN Coach for sharing her invaluable knowledge at the EHCP workshop. Our families came away from the session feeling empowered to understand their rights and fight for them to ensure our children receive the support they are entitled to. Your insight and guidance were truly appreciated.
